Dee is a highly experienced clinical technologist who completed her BTech degree at Pretoria Technikon in 2004 and was promoted to Chief Clinical Technologist at Pretoria Academic Hospital in 2006.

She has extensive clinical experience and training in sleep and cardiology and also fulfils management roles at the Pretoria and Morningside sleep centres where she supervises a team of technicians and technologists.
