Baxolele trained at Durban University of Technology from 2003 to 2006, obtaining his Diploma in Clinical Technology (Neurophysiology) in 2006.

He subsequently completed his training at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town and received his BTech degree in 2008.

Baxolele is the chief technologist at the Benoni Sleep Centre
